Shipping policy

Lumivée ships to all European Union countries. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery to Western Europe (Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Austria) takes between 11 and 14 business days. Delivery to other European countries may take up to 14 business days. Shipping is free on all orders. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
